Refund policy

At Soul Body, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and experience the full benefits of our health and wellness products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items, such as personal-use wellness devices, may only be eligible for return if unopened and unused for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at swamp78@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Sleep therapy devices
- Grounding mats
- Fascia rings and body braces
- Any item marked as final sale
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or credit card company.
